Breast Cancer Training for Fitness Instructors, Personal Trainers & Massage Therapists

Today I delivered a workshop in conjunction with Active Suffolk , we had a lovely group of instructors and explored the different types of Breast Cancer surgeries and treatments, and how these may affect the delivery of fitness and exercise to our clients.

What a great morning we had! It was brilliant to share our knowledge and skills, building links with other instructors.
