One of my favourite pieces of equipment…The Foam Roller. To do this class you will need a full-length roller as you will need to lay with the roller down your spine. The Roller makes my spine smile, try this class to see how your spine should feel!

Routine 23 – Focus on Length & Strength
In Pilates we are trying to ensure that muscles are the right length and strength and this class works on achieving this goal, great for beginners to intermediate levels.

I love working with the Hedgehog, this piece of equipment helps to lengthen the spine and improve strength and stability. You will love this class and it is only 30mins long, so easy to fit in. Hedgehogs are available from our shop.
