Using a foam roller as part of a Pilates class can help to release tight muscles and mobilise tissue and fascia. After using the roller you will be amazed at how your body feels, especially your spine.

Releasing tension around the upper back and shoulders can improve your posture and help reduce pain around the neck and shoulder blades.

Releasing tension around the lower back and pelvis can improve the position and function of the pelvis.

         The roller will improve the mobility of the spine and feels fantastic!
