Our new look studio is nearly ready to open on 3rd August. We have taken this time to make some great improvements to the space including a gorgeous new floor. We are dedicated to ensuring our space is as safe as possible for you to enjoy your class, with each client having their own space with a mat and a set of equipment. Class are scheduled so that we are able to sanitise everything after each class.

We are launching a new Fit & Tone class, this class is low impact although you can work harder if you want to! There will be some great toning exercises using small equipment, interval sets, core strengthening and flexibility work.

Pay for a block of 4 weeks £26,  or if there is space pay as you go £7.50 per class

It’s like having a personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost!
