Lots of clients have asked me to provide a booklet of simple stretches they can do at home so I have put a booklet together and you can find this in our library.
These stretches concentrate mainly on the legs however there is one upper back stretch. I will put together more stretch booklets in the next few months that cover arms, thoracic spine and neck.
These stretches do require a band and a Pilates ball which are available from our website.
